Back pain is one of the most common medical issues faced by adults. It can be linked to a multitude of contributing (and sometimes overlapping) causes, from injury or chronic disease to natural degenerative spinal changes due to aging.

 Lifestyle changes and physical therapy alone can sometimes remedy the pain, but in other cases, complementary therapy, medication, or surgery are needed.
