Kitchenware

For the Home Chef (or Home Chef Wannabe)

ZLine 10-Piece Non-Toxic Stainless Steel Cookware Set

$349.95 at Amazon

Make cooking at home feel as fancy at eating out somewhere special with the ZLine 10-Piece Non-Toxic Stainless Steel Cookware Set. The set includes two saucepans — a 1 1/2 quart (qt) and a 2 1/2 qt — a 3-qt saute pan, an 8-qt stockpot, and two frying pans — an 8 inch (in) and a 10 in — each with an accompanying glass lid. The set is both beautiful and non-toxic, meaning that the photo-worthy meals you make in these pots and pans won’t be infused with anything you don’t add yourself.

The overall look and feel is one of subtle luxury. “The pots themselves are good-looking, with bronze handles and lid accents,” says writer Caitlin Beale, RDN. “They feel solid without being too heavy.”

For the One Who Has Trouble Getting in All Their Greens

Possible SuperGreens

$71.24 at Amazon
$74.99Now 5% Off

If your Valentine struggles to get their superfoods, you can help them reach their nutrition goals with Possible SuperGreens powder. Each bag contains a 30-day supply, and each scoop contains 21 superfoods known for their wellness-boosting benefits.

While no one can argue with the potent power of greens, other brands are known to miss the mark on taste —  not Possible SuperGreens, though, which actually taste good. “I’ve tried a lot of super-greens powders,” says writer Raki Swanson. “This one is the best! I truly feel [like] the best version of myself.” While a bag of Possible SuperGreens might not fit in a jewelry-sized box, the joy your Valentine could feel each time they down their greens without dread may far surpass the happiness of slipping on any ring or pair of earrings.

womens multivitamin

For the One Who Prefers Invisible Nutrition

EllaOla Women’s Essential Unflavored Multivitamin Stick Packs

EllaOla is the only vitamin brand that my family members take — not because they taste great, but because they’re actually, truly tasteless and undetectable when you mix them into your favorite beverage or meal. EllaOla offers a daily powder multivitamin for kids, men, and women that includes 23 essential vitamins and minerals, bioavailable iron, and no artificial dyes, sweeteners, or additives. While EllaOla isn’t the only powdered supplement on the market, it’s the only one I’ve found that can be mixed into whatever you’re already eating or drinking without noticeably changing the taste or consistency.

I discovered EllaOla after trying (and failing) to get my sensory-sensitive kiddo to take any sort of vitamins — including chewable, gummy, capsule, gel, and a few other brands that claim to be tasteless and undetectable — for years. After a month of seeing him get what he needed without the distress vitamins had caused in the past, I began to wonder why I was still taking a vitamin that I dreaded every day.

If your loved one struggles with sensory sensitivity or pickiness, but wants to take the vitamins they know they need, EllaOla will offer both relief and delight. For an extra-special reveal, have a few of their favorite foods and drinks ready to serve as a taste-test when they open their Valentine’s Day present from you — the one who cares as much about their quirks and taste-preferences as you do about their health.

spices

For the One Who Lives to Experiment in the Kitchen

Kenyon Sizzle & Spice 4 Pack

If your Valentine craves bold flavor, the Kenyon Sizzle & Spice 4 Pack will offer the kick they need to take any recipe up a notch. This pack includes four signature spice blends: Meat Your Match, Seas the Bay, Zeus’s Zest, and Caribbean Crush.

With a range of flavors that covers smoky, zesty, and tropical, you’ll love watching your partner pair each spice with just about any meat, seafood, or veggie they’re prepping. While it might seem far-fetched to find a set of blends that are all outstanding, our reviewer felt that each was impressive in its own right. “All of them are phenomenal,” says writer Jen Sinclair. “My husband loves his seasonings, but he's now added these four to the regular rotation; that's a huge endorsement.”

Valentine’s Day is all about adding some spice to your relationship, so why not let that spice be from the set of Kenyon blends you’re gifting to your partner?

Fitness

active mat

For the One Who Loves Floor Exercises

Stakt Yoga Mat

Regular exercise is well-recognized as a pillar of good health and longevity.

The Stakt Mat is another personal favorite that I often recommend to friends who enjoy both floor exercises and yoga regularly. It offers everything a yoga mat should: It’s sturdy, has a non-slip surface, and provides just the right amount of cushion and stability. What sets it apart is that you fold it instead of rolling it up, so you can use it as a multi-purpose workout surface, a step stool, a yoga block, or a meditation seat.

The Stakt Mat is lightweight — 3 pounds (lbs) — and folds down to just 12 x 24 in for easy storage. And I can personally attest that its dual functionality doesn’t come at the cost of being any lesser-quality if considered as a stand-alone yoga mat. While I appreciate how versatile it is, I’d still choose it as my yoga mat even if I never planned to do anything on it besides yoga.

hiking boots

For the Outdoorsy Fitness-Buff

Ridgeway Retro-Inspired Waterproof Hiker

Fitness doesn’t just take place in a climate-controlled studio. If your fitness-focused Valentine is as apt to hit the trails as they are to hit the gym, you’ll score big points by gifting them Ridgeway’s Retro-Inspired Waterproof Hiker.

This pair of hiking boots checks all the important boxes: They’re waterproof, have good ankle support, and are ideal for hikers who appreciate the “barefoot” sensation of shoes that allow you to feel the ground under your feet because they're not overly-cushioned.

As a bonus, these boots really do look retro and cool. “I like the vintage-inspired design,” says editorial director Simone Scully. “That’s very much my style when I’m camping and hiking.” While the barefoot-style feel of these boots may not be for everyone, those who prefer less cushioning are apt to appreciate all that these boots have to offer.

For the One Who Never Sits Down

Uovo Women’s Breeze Everyday Sneaker

$99 at Amazon
$109Now 9% Off

The Women’s Breeze Everyday Sneaker from Uovo is a perfect gift for those who spend the day on their feet, on the go, or jumping back and forth between fitness activities and other parts of their life. “These are so comfy," says Scully. “Your feet really do feel like they’re floating on a cloud.”

Well-regarded as excellent walking shoes, the Women’s Breeze sneakers provide the support and cushion needed to remain comfortable across a long day. They also have the versatility to work equally well at the gym, on a walk, or while doing everyday things like going grocery shopping or trekking through the park after kids. “My foot felt very well supported as I walked around,” says Scully. “These are great walking shoes.”

Skin Care

skincare

For the One Who Appreciates Multifunctional Products

Banila Co Clean It Zero Barrier-Boosting Balm Duo

A good skin-care routine can feel like the perfect meeting of mental and physical self-care. And keeping your skin healthy can help boost important measures of quality of life, like happiness and self-confidence.

The Clean It Zero Barrier-Boosting Balm Duo is designed for dry, mature skin. It serves as both a make-up remover and an ultra-nourishing moisturizer. As much as I hate to place my skin in the “dry” and “mature” categories, I can’t deny how well the Barrier-Boosting Balm Duo worked for my skin. I love good skin-care products, but I’ve found I’m not able to stick with complicated, multi-product routines for long enough to see the results they often promise. So when I find a multifunctional product that offers near-instant results, like this duo, I don’t keep it to myself.

Your Valentine will love the fresh scent and sensory feel of the duo. And if their results are anything like mine, they’ll be shouting about it from the rooftops, too.

For the One Who Won’t Settle for Subpar Skin Care

Glow Recipe Library Skin-Care Gift Set

$169.95 at Amazon

Glow Recipe is known for its Korean beauty-inspired, fruit-infused skin-care products. The Glow Recipe Library Skin-Care Gift Set offers those who already love the brand (and those who simply don’t yet know that they love the brand) a curated selection of full-sized products to jump-start their skin-care routine. The gift set includes: Watermelon Niacinamide Dew Drops, Watermelon Pore-Refining Face Toner, Plum Plump Hyaluronic Face Cream, Cloudberry Essence Toner, Guava Vitamin C Eye Cream, Avocado Ceramide Face Cleanser and Serum, and Strawberry Smooth Salicylic Serum.

“This is the ideal skin-care gift for someone who loves the brand,” says Scully. “It comes with a variety of products for different needs that you could easily develop a routine with.”

skincare gift set

For the One Who Likes a Cohesive Routine

First Aid Beauty Cleanse, Hydrate + Soothe Kit

This First Aid Beauty gift set includes its Ultra Repair Cream, a cleanser, and a barrier cream, all of which we tested in 2025. “I love First Aid Beauty products in general,” says writer Ally Hirschlag, “and these three are some of the best.”

Each product is hypoallergenic, long-lasting, and gentler than many other options available. “The facial moisturizer lasts forever,” says Hirschlag. “The cleanser is just a really lovely, gentle cleanser that still manages to remove makeup really well, and the barrier cream is one of the only moisturizers I've used in the winter that manages to mitigate my dry, cracked hands.”

Whether your partner already has a cohesive skin-care routine or they’re still working to develop one, you can show your love by gifting them this winning triumvirate.

Sleep

sleep mask

For the One Who Needs Ideal Conditions

Bearaby Terraclay Dreamer

When they work well, sleep masks can help support the wearer in getting an adequate amount of truly restful sleep. Plus, Bearaby knows just how maddening a sleep mask that won’t stay on can be. That's why the Bearaby Terraclay Dreamer was designed to address the issue of mask-slippage.

“I love the weighted feature of this mask,” says editor Ashley Ziegler. “It helps it stay in place, helps relieve tension after a long day, helps keep light blocked out, and it just feels really good.”

The soft fabric cover is machine-washable and, fabric cover on or off, the mask can be placed in the freezer prior to wearing. That can help with headaches or simply boost the sense of luxury that comes with wearing a sleep mask. “I have truly noticed an improvement in my sleep since I started using this every night,” says Ziegler. She adds that its quality and comfort rank above other sleep masks, and “it feels like a little luxury.”

linen sheets

For the One Who Hates Uncomfortable Sheets

Casaluna 100%-Linen Sheet Set

If your Valentine spends the night tossing, turning, and tangling themselves up in the bedsheets due to less-than-comfortable bedding, you need to give 100-percent linen bedsheets a try. This Casaluna sheet set is affordable when compared with other linen sheet sets. And as a tester turned loyal customer, I can personally confirm that these linen sheets are both softer and more breathable than similarly priced cotton sheets.

While these sets only come in solid colors, there are plenty to choose from. So get creative as you consider which muted earth-tone your partner will be most excited to unwrap this Valentine’s Day.

supplement

For the One Who Struggles to Fall Asleep

Timebeam Reset Mode Healthy Pixie

Not getting enough quality sleep is linked to serious health issues, including heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

So if you spend your nights with a partner who struggles to calm their mind, relax their body, and go to sleep at bedtime, you may find that the Timebeam Reset Mode Healthy Pixie helps you get better rest, too.

This product offers a melatonin-free solution for trouble falling asleep. It's a powdered formula that's quick-dissolving. It contains magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and other rest-promoting ingredients.

“I like that it's melatonin-free and helps sleep,” says writer Alexandra Klausner. “It's tasty, and I think it's making my skin look more hydrated; I noticed my skin glowed more both without and with makeup.” The Healthy Pixie’s quick-dissolve formula is particularly beneficial for those who may have trouble swallowing pills or capsules. But the tart cherry–like flavor makes it easy for anyone who wants better sleep to work it into their evening routine.

Self-Care

slippers

For the One Whose Shoes Are Off Before They Get Through the Door

Ugg Tazz II

Nothing feels better than slipping out of uncomfortable shoes and into a pair of ultra-comfy slippers, like these Ugg Tazz II slippers. These platform slippers don’t sacrifice their effortlessly cool vibes in order to feel good. With a sheepskin lining, sheepskin insole, and suede top, you won’t have to pick between style and comfort.

The Ugg Tazz II slippers are available in seven colors (chestnut, pink diamond, dusted cocoa, black, sand, dried oregano, and dark indigo) and range from sizes 5 to 12. Along with being comfortable and stylish, these slippers are durable.

“They’re really comfortable,” says Ziegler. “I've had them for two years now, and they haven't lost their comfort over time.”

candle

For the One Who Appreciates an Excellent Fragrance

Santu Jazmin Tropical Aromatherapy Candle

The flicker of candlelight and the gently wafting scent of jasmine, pineapple, and mango can make just about any activity feel at least a little more relaxing. The Santu Jazmin Tropical Aromatherapy candle, a favorite of those who appreciate subtle luxury, is one of our top picks for Valentine’s Day gifts.

Candles can feel like an impersonal gift, but this one won’t. This natural, soy wax candle is housed within a ceramic jar made by Mexican artisans that’s worth appreciating as a standalone decorative item.

Along with its top-tier presentation, the candle is known for its fragrance. “I like that it's not a super-overpowering smell,” says Scully. “It's a very pretty smelling candle and different from most jasmine-scented candles you can find.”

bath bombs

For the One Who’s Always Ready for a Bath

Naples Soap Company Best Sellers Bath-Bomb Box Set

There’s nothing much to do while taking a bath besides sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the feel-good sensation of warm water enveloping your body. Enhance your loved one’s experience by gifting them with scented bath bombs that make the experience all the better.

The Best Sellers Bath-Bomb Box Set includes six of Naples Soap Company’s most popular bath bombs. They're made from Epsom salt, ultra-hydrating cocoa and shea butter, and aromatic essential oils. And, if your partner is sensitive to additives, these bath bombs are free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, gluten, and alcohol.

A sampler box offers your partner the opportunity to find a new favorite, although they might find that they end up liking them all. “They were all very nice and calming,” says Scully. “They dissolve nicely and quickly, and are very relaxing. This would be a great gift for anyone who loves bath bombs, self-care, or needs a little reminder to relax.”

For the One Who Knows Self-Care Sometimes Feels Like Hard Work

‘Create Your Calm: A Journal for Quieting Anxiety’

$9.01 at Amazon
$16Now 44% Off

Wellness and self-care aren’t just about warm baths and workouts. Sometimes, they’re more about learning how to manage hard feelings or big, unhelpful worries. If your partner’s wellness journey involves considering how they process the joys and challenges inherent to living life, using a journal that supports their exploration of self can be deeply meaningful.

Create Your Calm: A Journal for Quieting Anxiety offers users the space and guided prompts they need to help them better understand themselves and quiet the stress, uncertainty, and worry that can get in the way of living the life they want to live. This journal offers encouraging writing prompts, thought-provoking quotes from thinkers throughout history, and a dedicated space for introspection.

When considering who this journal may be a best fit for, know that it’s as good an option for those who want more introspection as it is for those who haven't participated in therapy or aren't sure if they’re ready for therapy, says mental-health writer Julia Childs Heyl, MSW.

For the One Who Loves to Organize

Cozyla Calendar+ 2

$349.99 at Amazon

If your partner is energized by the prospect of getting organized, the Cozyla Calendar+ 2 may be a squeal-inducing Valentine’s Day gift that they didn’t know they needed.

This digital calendar helps keep the whole family on track: It syncs with Google calendars, integrates information from multiple calendars, and displays chore and task checklists. And for fun, it plays music via Apple Music. You can also use your own photos as the screen saver, meaning it essentially functions as a digital photo frame when not in calendar or checklist mode.

“There’s a lot I love about this product,” says Ziegler. “First, I love that there isn't any subscription fee to use the service and all of the features (unlike similar products).” In addition to being able to use all available features without any extra fees, the task and chore checklists have been motivating to Ziegler's kids. She also says the auto-syncing from Google Calendar is a standout feature.

poppy and pout tinted lip balm

For the One Who Savors the Small Things

Poppy & Pout Lip Tint

Most people use tinted lip balm regularly. And while there’s nothing wrong with using a basic balm, using a really good lip product can bring a smile to your lips every time you put it on.

If your Valentine is all about elevating the everyday, Poppy & Pout Lip Tint makes for the perfect gift. Beautifully packaged and a joy to use, the company offers floral-scented options made from a short list of ingredients. “They’re made of natural ingredients, including beeswax,” says Scully. “They lightly tint your lips without being too much or overwhelming.”

You can buy the lip tints individually. You also have the option to build a bundle of three for $39.95 or 10 for $99.95. Purchasing a bundle may be a good choice if you like buying in bulk, want to save a little money, or you know your partner likes to sample several options before picking their go-to when they’re choosing personal care or beauty products.

coffee

For the One Who Never Starts the Day Without Coffee

Sightglass Coffee

Sightglass Coffee offers coffee sourced directly from producers around the world who are committed to quality and sustainability. The sourcing process takes into account factors like growing altitudes, climate, soil, farm conditions, processing methods, and more when the company determines whether a potential partner meets its standards

The result of this meticulous process is evident with every sip, and sometimes even before coffee-lovers have taken a sip. “The espresso beans in particular smell heavenly, even before grinding,” says nutritionist and writer Sarah Garone. This Valentine’s Day, snag your partner a bag of coffee from Sightglass and make their morning all the better.

farmers finds logo

For the One Who Appreciates an Excellent Find

The Farmers Finds

With a monthly subscription to The Farmers Finds, your loved one will receive a monthly package containing two to three premium, small-batch products from a farmer’s market somewhere in the United States. There’s also a quarterly box option with more products.

”I got sriracha mustard, a mix of spicy everything salt, an Italian-herb focaccia bread mix, some turmeric lemon-orange snack bites, a bar of waffle-pecan chocolate, some macaron glycerin soaps, and a jar of hot sauce,” says Scully. ”Some of the items I was more excited about than others. (I ate the chocolate right away and am very excited about the focaccia mix.) But overall, this box had a nice variety of fun items, everything was high quality, and of the items I tried, everything was delicious.”

While you may or may not discover a must-have product that becomes a staple in your home from several states away, part of the fun comes from seeing what’s out there, at all the farmers' markets you’ve yet to stroll together. And since farmers' markets promote community wellness, your partner can feel good about making a positive impact on local farmers and their communities.

solid fragrance

For the One Who Loves a Signature Scent

Fulton & Roark Solid Fragrances

Finding a signature scent can be tricky for yourself, but even more so when it’s for someone else. That’s where Fulton & Roark comes in: Its line of Solid Fragrances checks all the boxes that are usually most important to wellness-focused individuals.

“Fulton & Roark's Solid perfumes are easy to apply, packaged in metal containers, and are made of a highly concentrated perfumed wax,” says writer Katie Tuttle. “These perfumes travel easily — no need to worry about a vial of perfume leaking into your luggage — and they smell wonderful.”

While it can be hard to choose a perfume based on description alone, we can solidly say that each option offered by Fulton & Roark is impressive.

pill compact case

For the One Who Wants to Organize Their Pills

Dosey Pill Compact

Taking medications or supplements is a part of everyday life for most adults. But it can be a challenge to remember what you’ve taken when, whether you’ve missed a dose, and when you’re going to run out of your medication. Dosey’s Pill Compact eliminates a host of challenges and annoyances associated with taking multiple daily medicines or supplements.

While this pill compact is great for travel, it's nice for home use, too. You won't have to think about your medication or supplement routine more than once a week.

“The seven-day pill compact is my favorite and the most useful,” says Scully. “Each week, I set it up with my medication for the week, and it's a quick and easy (and pretty way) to make sure I take all my medication (and don't accidentally take it twice).”

“Medicine compacts are boring and ugly, which makes you feel super-old (or sick) if you have to use them to remember to take all your medications,” she adds. Gifting your partner a Dosey Pill Compact is a loving way to show them that you care about their health and about how they feel while they’re taking care of themself.

tea set

For the One Who Needs to Slow Down to Unwind

Diaspora Spice Co. x East Fork Pottery Chai Essentials

If your partner always seems to be on the go, introducing a ritual that encourages them to slow down can help them stay grounded. The Diaspora Spice Co. x East Fork Pottery Chai Essentials set is a starter kit that includes everything you need to make a traditional cup of chai masala. And the tea it produces is delicious enough to make slowing down worth it.

“When you make chai the proper way, it's absolutely incredible: spicy, creamy, sweet, aromatic — quite an experience,” says writer Olivia Campbell. The mug included with the set is beautiful, she says, and the whole kit is small enough to easily tuck away when it's not in use.

While the process of making and enjoying traditional chai tea is relaxing, you can up the “wow” factor of this Valentine’s Day gift by including it as part of a broader cooking experience. Or you could give your partner the kit after turning on a relaxing playlist and lighting a pleasantly aromatic candle.

Activities

pickleball paddles

For the One Who Wants to Be Active Together

4Joy Pickleball Paddles

By now, most people have heard that pickleball is tons of fun. That's partly because it's an active game that you don’t have to be particularly athletic to enjoy. This Valentine’s Day, let your partner know that you love being active with them by gifting them a set of pickleball paddles. We love 4Joy's paddles for the variety of designs, overall lightness, and the feel of the paddle grip.

4Joy offers 16-plus bright, colorful paddle designs. You can buy them as a set or mix and match. The paddles are lightweight and have a slightly wider paddle surface and narrower grip than many other options. For serious pickleballers, these paddles are USA Pickleball–tested and approved for tournament play.

“This is a lighter paddle than one that I had been using for a few years,” says Swanson, who notes that weight and size matter when playing pickleball. “The handle is thinner and makes it easier for me to get a better grip.”

gardener gift box

For the One Who Wants a Farm-to-Table Experience

ekuBox Let Your Garden Grow Gift Set

If your partner has wellness-inspired dreams of self-made, farm-to-table meals, but no farm (or even garden) to grow ingredients in, this gardening set from ekuBox might be the perfect solution.

The Let Your Garden Grow gift set includes beautifully packaged gardening accessories and goodies, all of which come in handy (or can be enjoyed) whether you’re starting a basic in-ground, raised bed, or windowsill garden. While the box doesn’t include some essentials for a larger garden, it does include the seeds needed to get an herb patch going. The Let Your Garden Grow set includes:

  • Specialty pesto
  • Pruning shears
  • Organic gardener's soap
  • Herb seed collection
  • Pollinator seed pop
  • Herb pull and pinch dish
  • One of the three Plant the Box Candles

“It’s beautiful, useful, and the touch of luxury makes it feel like more of a gift than just practical (like a few packs of seeds may feel),” says Ziegler. “This is such a pretty, well-made gift. It arrived in a sturdy box tied with a ribbon and fresh lavender. Inside, it's filled with fun gifts for a gardener, like seeds, shears, a little pot, a candle, pesto, and more. I would say it's truly a luxury box.”

city bike

For the One You Want to Bike Toward Forever With

Retrospec Beaumont City Bike

Biking is an excellent way to add more movement to your everyday life. Whether you or your partner have visions of biking to nearby shops and restaurants, or leisurely making your way around your local park, finding ways to move together can help you stay in sync.

The Retrospec Beaumont City Bike is as cute as it is functional, making it a gasp-worthy gift to see sitting in the driveway, bow on top, on Valentine’s Day. If your partner is a cyclist, this isn’t a gift for them; this bike is perfectly designed for casual use. It's an excellent choice for someone who plans to enjoy riding it just for fun.

“This is a very pretty bike, it has a vintage style, and it looks like it's a classic bike you might see someone ride around in Europe,” says Scully. “It's meant to be that kind of bike you ride to get around.”

The Retrospec isn’t meant for commuter use, but it does have seven speeds and can handle hills and flat areas pretty well, according to our tester. It also comes with some delightful accessories that make it all the more fun to ride: “It comes with a bell and has a little storage area on the back,” says Scully.

While the Retrospec bike is an excellent Valentine’s Day gift all on its own, you can wow your special someone by packing a picnic in the storage area and going for a spin to the picnic location of your choice.

body oil

For the One Who Connects Through Touch

Saltair Driftwood Nourishing Body Oil

Saltair Driftwood Nourishing Body Oil is an excellent whole-body moisturizing oil that absorbs quickly, leaving behind just a dewy glow and a hint of fragrance on your skin.

“I love the scent, it’s elevated woodsy, like what you’d expect from a spa,” says Hirschlag. “It’s super-lightweight, too, which is great for an oil.”

The ingredient list checks off both the must-haves and must-not-haves for the most wellness-focused individuals. Formulated with a blend of natural oils, it is dermatologist-tested, vegan, cruelty-free, and free of parabens and gluten.

While it’s designed as a moisturizer, it also makes an excellent massage oil. If you're shopping for someone who enjoys massage — giving, receiving, or both — a clean, high-quality massage oil makes an excellent Valentine’s Day gift. You can both enjoy the dewy glow it leaves on each other’s skin.

How We Chose the Best Wellness-Focused Valentine’s Day Gifts

We worked hard to bring you our list of the best wellness-focused Valentine’s Day gifts. We started by calling in our writers and team of editors over a year ago to begin testing wellness products, writing detailed reviews as they tested.

Once we had a long list of tested and reviewed products, we narrowed down which highly ranked items would make the cut for our Valentine’s Day gift guide. I hand-selected the products in each wellness category, and then dug into the product information supplied by each company, as well as any other information I could find, to help determine if the products that made the cut were our very best options.

I have a master’s degree in public health and have been writing about health and wellness for over a decade, which makes it simple to spot areas where companies may have inflated their expectations regarding results, or where data sets were incomplete or invalid for some other reason. Finally, after my final round of editing, our editors reviewed each selection to make sure it aligned with the research and testing they had combed over.
