Side Effects
What are the side effects of Tradipitant (Oral)?
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using tradipitant and call your doctor at once if you have:
- extreme drowsiness or unusual tiredness; or
- confusion or trouble thinking clearly.
Common side effects may include:
- tiredness;
- headache; or
- drowsiness.

Dosage Guidelines & Tips
How to take Tradipitant (Oral)?
Use Tradipitant (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Take this medicine about 60 minutes before travel that may cause motion sickness.
Take on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.
Store at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and light.
This medication is used when needed and does not have a daily dose. Call your doctor if the medicine is not effective.
