Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous)
Amivantamab and hyaluronidase is used in adults alone or in combination with other cancer medicines to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), cannot be removed with surgery, or after other treatments did not work or stopped working.
Your doctor will make sure you have the correct gene change to be treated with amivantamab and hyaluronidase.
Amivantamab and hyaluronidase may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

What is the most important information I should know about Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous)?
You should not use amivantamab and hyaluronidase if you are allergic to it.
Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had:
- lung or breathing problems other than lung cancer.
May harm an unborn baby. You may need to take a pregnancy test before starting this treatment. Use effective birth control while using amivantamab and hyaluronidase and for at least 3 months after your last dose. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
Do not breastfeed while using this medicine, and for at least 3 months after your last dose.
Side Effects
What are the side effects of Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous)?
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction (hives, difficult breathing, swelling in your face or throat) or a severe skin reaction (fever, sore throat, burning eyes, skin pain, red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling).
Some side effects may occur during the injection. Tell your medical caregiver if you feel dizzy, nauseated, light-headed, itchy, sweaty, or have a headache, chest tightness, back pain, trouble breathing, or swelling in your face.
Call your doctor at once if you have:
- skin changes such as acne, itching, or dryness;
- new or worsening lung problems--chest pain, feeling short of breath, cough, or fever;
- eye problems--eye pain or redness, itching, dry or watery eyes, increased sensitivity to light, eyelid inflammation, or changes in your vision such as blurred vision;
- signs of a blood clot in the lung--chest pain, sudden cough or shortness of breath, dizziness, coughing up blood; or
- signs of a blood clot deep in the body--pain, swelling, or warmth in one leg.
Your cancer treatments may be delayed, reduced, or permanently discontinued if you have certain side effects.
Common side effects may include:
- a reaction during the injection;
- cough, shortness of breath;
- feeling very tired;
- numbness, tingling, burning pain, rash, itching, or dryness of the skin;
- infection of the skin around your nails;
- swelling in any part of your body;
- nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, diarrhea;
- mouth sores;
- coronavirus infection;
- joint or muscle pain;
- any bleeding that will not stop; or
- abnormal blood tests.

Can I take Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous) if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Interactions
What drugs and food should I avoid while taking Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous)?
Amivantamab and hyaluronidase can cause skin reactions. Avoid sunlight and tanning beds during treatment and for 2 months after your last dose. Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) when you are outdoors.
If you have vision problems, avoid wearing contact lenses until your symptoms can be checked by an eye doctor (ophthalmologist).
Dosage Guidelines & Tips
How to take Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous)?
Use Rybrevant Faspro (Subcutaneous) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Your doctor will perform tests to make sure amivantamab and hyaluronidase is the right treatment for you.
Amivantamab and hyaluronidase is given as an injection under the skin by your healthcare provider. Your doctor will determine the right treatment schedule for you.
Your healthcare provider will not inject into skin that is hard, red, bruised, swollen, tender, or into areas with scars or tattoos.
You will be watched for a short time to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction or serious side effects.
You may need frequent medical tests including vision exams.
This medicine may cause changes in the appearance of your skin and nails. Follow your doctor's instructions if you develop any symptoms.
You may be given other medications to help prevent serious side effects or allergic reactions. Keep taking these medicines for as long as your doctor has prescribed.
This medicine can cause dangerous blood clots, especially when used with another cancer medicine called lazertinib. You may be given a medication used to prevent blood clots during the first 4 months of treatment.
Call your doctor for instructions if you miss an appointment for your amivantamab and hyaluronidase injection.
