Kygevvi (Oral)
Doxecitine and doxribtimine is used for the treatment of thymidine kinase 2 (TK2d) deficiency in adults and children whose symptoms started at or before age 12.
Doxecitine and doxribtimine may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

What is the most important information I should know about Kygevvi (Oral)?
Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had:
- liver problems.
It is not known if doxecitine and doxribtimine will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
It is not known whether this medicine passes into breast milk. Ask your doctor about any risk if you are breastfeeding.
Side Effects
What are the side effects of Kygevvi (Oral)?
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficult breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:
- liver problems--loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain (upper right side), tiredness, itching, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Common side effects may include:
- diarrhea;
- vomiting;
- stomach pain; or
- abnormal liver function tests.

Dosage Guidelines & Tips
How to take Kygevvi (Oral)?
Use Kygevvi (Oral) exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Follow all directions on your prescription label and read all medication guides or instruction sheets. Your doctor may occasionally change your dose. Use the medicine exactly as directed.
Take this medicine with food 3 times a day, about 6 hours apart.
Doses are based on your weight and will be increased based on your treatment response. You or your child's dose may change based on your treatment response or if you gain or lose weight.
Read and carefully follow any Instructions for Use provided with your medicine. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you do not understand these instructions.
Do not open the packets until you are ready to use them. Prepare a new supply each day as directed. Mix the powder only with water. Do not mix with other liquids or foods.
Measure this medicine carefully using the dosing device provided.
If you do not take the full dose or spit out a dose, do not take another dose. Take your next dose at the regular time.
This medicine may be given through a feeding tube. Follow your doctor's instructions or the Instructions for Use.
Doxecitine and doxribtimine may affect your liver. You may need blood tests to check your liver function before and during treatment.
Store the medication packets in the original container at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Store the prepared solution at room temperature or in the refrigerator and discard after 16 hours.
Take the missed dose as soon as you can. If it is within 2 hours of your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time. Do not take two doses at one time.
