FAQ
Barrier methods such as condoms are effective for protecting you and your partner when bodily fluids are exchanged or there is skin-to-skin contact. It's also wise to test regularly for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Have an open, honest, and ongoing dialogue with your partner about your desires, as well as any boundaries you may need to set.
This occurs when all parties have conveyed clear, enthusiastic agreement about engaging in sexual activity. Keep in mind that consent can change at any time.
Examples may include STIs, erectile dysfunction, and low libido, also known as reduced sex drive. Reproductive concerns, pain, and psychological issues may also come into play.
Stress, anxiety, and depression can have a negative effect on sexual desire and ability.
How satisfied are you with your sex life?
