Liz Plosser writes a top 100 wellness-focused Substack called Best Case Scenario. She is the former editor in chief of Women’s Health, where for seven years she oversaw the brand across its print and digital platforms and various brand extensions, reaching a monthly audience of more than 44 million. A veteran of the wellness industry, she has held senior roles at Well+Good, SoulCycle, SELF, and Cosmopolitan.

She is also the host of the YouTube series Lifting With Liz, where she leads full-body workouts while interviewing experts across fitness, health, and lifestyle. In her new chapter, Plosser consults for wellness companies and is a guest lecturer for Canyon Ranch, appears regularly as a speaker and moderator for various outlets, and is a frequent guest on national television and podcasts.

Plosser is the author of the book Own Your Morning: Reset Your Routine to Unlock Your Potential. A Princeton University graduate and certified personal trainer, she lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, three children, and Bernese mountain dog.
