Jackie Carmichael

Jackie Carmichael is an accomplished writer and journalist with extensive experience in health and wellness. A former newspaper editor and publisher, she has written for numerous publications, including Woman’s World, American Baby, Edmonton Sun, The Dallas Morning News, and Entrepreneur Magazine. Her work spans traditional journalism, digital health content, and book authorship, with particular expertise in translating complex medical information for general audiences.

She currently serves as The Writers’ Union of Canada representative for Alberta, Northwest territories, and Nunavut, and is a recipient of the Texas Associated Press Managing Editors award for feature series writing.
