About
Brierley Horton is an Alabama-based dietitian nutritionist, content strategist, and avid mental health advocate. She served as food and nutrition director for Cooking Light magazine and was the nutrition editor at EatingWell magazine for nearly a decade. Her work has appeared in Better Homes & Gardens, EatingWell, Livestrong, and the Kitchn, among others.
Prior to going back to school, she completed a dietetic internship with Aramark in Philadelphia and then sat for her registered dietitian board exam. In April 2021, Horton launched the Happy Eating podcast with Carolyn Williams, PhD, RD, which breaks down the connection between food and mental wellness.
