Aligners are clear plastic trays that are used to straighten teeth and address other orthodontics issues. They are custom-designed to fit over your teeth and gradually shift them into the desired position. Unlike braces, they can be removed for cleaning, as well as when you’re eating or drinking. Aligners usually need to be replaced every one to two weeks.
